VIRAL SMASHED DATE S’MORES

Ingredients

• 8-10 medjool dates
• 8-10 Simple Mills Sweet Thins
• 4-5 crushed Simple Mills Sweet Thins
• 6 tbsp marshmallow cream
• 1/2 cup melted chocolate
• flaky sea salt

Steps

1. Remove the pits from the dates.
2. Smash the dates flat with the bottom of a mug on parchment paper.
3. Lay the smashed dates out on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Spoon a little marshmallow cream onto each date.
5. Top each date with a Simple Mills Sweet Thin or two.
6. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
7. Finish with flaky sea salt and a dusting of crushed Sweet Thins.
8. Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
